Educational Management Information System

The geniat School Management Module offers the following services:
It keeps track of all schools, their general information, type, maximum student capacity by grade level, available vacancies, facilities they have, equipment, internet connection and the state in which they are located.

Student Information Management

Student Information Management module of geniat has the following services:

  • It records in a central system the general information of the students, contact information of parents or guardians, academic record with details of schools, courses and grades that have been taken and their medical history and special needs
  • Bring the register of presentism in real time at the school, grade, group and student level
  • Keep track of grades and failure rate by school, course, grade and student

Management of Student Registration

The geniat Student Registration Management module supports the assignment to Sections and the management of Passes and this should be connected to the current databases and adapt to the following educational institutions needs with the following services:

  • Keep the registration of candidates and the corresponding vacancies
  • It has the list of educational establishments and the offer of vacancies for the following school year
  • It keeps track of the different types of establishments, such as the initial, primary and secondary levels

    • Admission date
    • Type of contract
